Discount Tire

Go anywhere but here. I gave this shop a second chance, and that was a mistake. Earlier this year, I brought my vehicle in for new tires. I arrived early for my appointment and still did not leave until five hours after my scheduled appointment time. Frustrating, but I decided to give them another chance when it was time for a tire rotation. That visit took nearly two hours past my scheduled appointment. But the wait was not even the worst part. The technicians failed to replace the valve stem caps and left two lifting pucks attached to my vehicle. One flew off on the highway and hit another vehicle. I found the second one still attached when I got home, as shown in the photo. That is not a minor oversight. A routine tire rotation should not end with shop equipment flying off your vehicle into traffic. I should not have to inspect their work at home to discover what they forgot to remove before sending me onto the highway. Two visits, hours of wasted time, and a serious failure to finish the job properly. After this experience, I have absolutely no confidence in this shop’s attention to detail or the care they take with customers’ vehicles. They will not get a third chance wit

Had a nail in my tire and they were so kind and fixed it immediately for no cost. Such a kind and knowledgeable staff. Every employee here was amazing and got me what I needed to get back on the road for a cross country trip. Dyson was incredible and worked with me for what I needed in the moment. Will come back, 10/10 service.

Had my punctured tire repaired on a Saturday as a walk-in. They were busy, so it was a 4-hour wait. I had to get it repaired for a vacation the next day, so had no choice. Told them about the piece of metal in the tire. After biking from De Pere to pick up the vehicle, noticed the metal piece was still in it! They clearly didn't listen or check the exterior of the tire. I had a 600-mile roundtrip the next day! It was holding air, so I risked it and went on the trip, but it ruined the drive for me. The Saturday crew did not seem attentive to my needs, and the advisor I had did not make me feel like a priority. It felt like I made him do a chore by accepting me as a walk-in. Granted, this is a free service, but I also spent a lot buying the tires here, and I need them to be there for me when problems come up. The Wednesday crew was a different story. The advisor was extremely attentive and took my concerns seriously. They re-repaired the tire in 30 minutes. I've bought 2 sets of tires here in the past 6 years, and it was a good experience. The weekend crew this time around could use some better attention to detail if they are working with tires / people's safety. I'm on the fence

Dyson, the assistant manager and Manuel were both great customer service oriented representatives that make customers like me brand loyal. I’ve always had great experiences at Discount Tires, and this location optimizes this feeling. Yesterday was my first time to this location as I moved to the area, Dyson greeted us as soon as we walked in and he, as well as Manuel, kept us informed throughout the service of both of our vehicles and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Both of them made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our service appointments, which were both completed seamlessly and ahead of promised time. Highly recommend this location!

I purchased tires online and made an appointment. Unfortunately, the shop was so busy I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment to get my vehicle seen. It was OK though, they are all super nice and working their butts off and that is apparent as you are sitting in the waiting room. Great group of guys, and will definitely use their services again!
